Founded by premier keynote speaker and child welfare advocate Jamerika Haynes-Lewis, the firm is dedicated to empowering clients, elevating storytelling, and driving change in foster care and beyond.
A Tacoma, Washington native, Jamerika Haynes-Lewis brings over 17 years of expertise in multimedia journalism, nonprofit communications, and public speaking. Her inspiring journey—from growing up in foster care to excelling as an award-winning speaker and strategist—is a testament to resilience and determination. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Washington State University, studying both broadcast news and production.
Jamerika’s accomplishments include delivering keynote speeches on foster care reform and child welfare equity at more than 50 national events, authoring over 100 news stories, and receiving the “Using My Voice for Change” award from Voice for National Adoption. Beyond her professional achievements, she has worked as a commercial actress, model, and resource specialist supporting young adults navigating foster care and homelessness.
As the former USA Ambassador Ms. 2021, Jamerika championed her platform, “A Chance to Succeed: Empowering Youth in Foster Care,” inspiring audiences nationwide. Known for her ability to connect deeply with audiences and inspire action through storytelling, she has established herself as a leading motivational speaker on child welfare reform and resilience. Her message of hope resonates with individuals and organizations seeking to uplift those who feel overlooked or unheard.
