Founded by award-winning communications strategist, journalist, and keynote speaker Jamerika Haynes-Lewis, the firm helps organizations strengthen storytelling, build trust, elevate meaningful perspectives, and communicate with greater purpose and impact.

A Tacoma, Washington native, Jamerika Haynes-Lewis brings more than 20 years of experience across multimedia journalism, nonprofit communications, public speaking, and community engagement. Her career combines professional expertise with a distinctive understanding of how communication, leadership, belonging, and lived experience shape the way people connect with organizations and one another. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Washington State University, studying broadcast news and production.

Jamerika’s accomplishments include delivering keynote speeches at more than 50 national events, authoring more than 100 news stories, and receiving the “Using My Voice for Change” award from Voice for National Adoption. Her career has also included work as a commercial actress, model, communications leader, and resource specialist supporting young adults navigating foster care and homelessness. Across these experiences, she has developed a reputation for translating complex ideas and personal narratives into meaningful conversations that challenge audiences to think differently.

As USA Ambassador Ms. 2021, Jamerika championed her platform, “A Chance to Succeed: Empowering Youth in Foster Care,” using her national title to advocate for greater opportunity and belonging for young people. Her own experience growing up in foster care has informed much of her work and perspective, while her career has expanded into broader conversations about storytelling, organizational trust, leadership, communication, and the ways institutions engage the communities they serve.

Today, Jamerika brings audiences more than an inspiring story. She draws from decades of professional and lived experience to examine the ideas behind how people and organizations communicate, build credibility, navigate change, and create environments where people feel seen and heard.
